My Story
I grew up in Italy, in the province of Milan, in a very close-knit, noisy and festive family: I learned that life must be lived with love, joy and enthusiasm.
When my mother, my beloved mother, passed away in 2014, it was difficult, very difficult: fortunately in the meantime a great love had been born, which continues again and again and again...
I have two wonderful children, Jean-Jacques and Olivier, who I adore.
When my father also passed away in 2018, I felt like a tree without roots: life can be hard, but it remains a wonderful journey.
Together with my "new" family we moved to The Hague in 2021: a new adventure has begun!

My Approach
I like to study and look for new ways to feel good about myself and others.
I believe in the importance of change, of our choices and of being protagonists of our lives. If you are motivated to change, contact me.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and I have studied CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) of which I am certified Level 1 by the IFS Institute. I am constantly curious to learn about the most innovative techniques for people's well-being.

IFS is the model that fascinates me the most and that I fell in love with: it turns your eyes towards your Self and opens your heart to change.

The IFS (Internal Family System): internal system therapy
The IFS (Internal Family System) is a therapy that is:
-
innovative,
-
evidence-based (i.e. based on scientific evidence),
-
non-pathologizing (i.e. does not point the finger at the pathology, the disease, a problem),
which allows the therapist to help the person's Self to regain that serenity and balance needed to live well with ourselves and with others.

From the IFS perspective, each of us contains a set of emotions, styles of expression, desires, thoughts, sensations, different talents called Parts. Each part within our internal system has a role, for example many of us have a critical part, which often tells us that what we do is not right or a skeptical part, which pushes us to doubt something. Listening to these parts allows us to get in touch with ourselves: each person has all the resources necessary to feel good. If you want to solve your problems at the root, IFS is your therapy.
